| All returns requiring refunds must be sent back within 14 days. Any items received after this time may be issued with a credit note. All items must be returned as sent to you. All swing tags or any other promotional material attached to the item must still be attached and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the care of the item and we will NOT accept any dirty items or items that smell. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that are not suitable for re-sale. All exchanges are processed free of charge and returned by 2nd class royal mail post.
